Saeid Shirzad, a Children’s rights activist, will be on trial on October 7th charged with gathering and collusion.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Saeid Shirzad, who is currently held in Evin prison, is going to be in the trail court of Revolutionary on 7th October.
One of his relatives told HRANA’s reporter, “the charge of holding relationship with MEK is taken off of him and on that day he will be tried with accusation of gathering and collusion.
He also added: “Saeid has had a visit with his mother and as he refuses to wear prison uniforms he is not allowed to have close visit.”
Said Shirzad was arrested at his work at the Tabriz refinery on 2nd June and then he was taken to Tehran.

It needs to be mentioned that the first time he was arrested in 2012 on 22nd August, when he was in Ahar city, East Azerbaijan, to help and assist the people affected by and after spending 19 days he was released on bail.
